Because you have ample time to ensure the software works perfectly for your setup, all license sales are considered final and non-refundable.
If you experience an extraordinary billing issue (such as an accidental duplicate purchase), please contact support@uesound.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
