Individual songs cannot be sold separately for the UE Rock Pack.

The combinations share interrelated multi-samples, custom programs, user drum patterns, and Karma routing. Isolating an individual combi from the global bank file would break these dependencies and compromise the seamless stage setup.

In your download, you will find both a link to an official step-by-step installation video and a detailed PDF manual inside the .zip archive.

Please review the video tutorial and the PDF manual carefully:

• Make sure you copy the entire folder structure to your USB drive, not just the isolated .PCG file.
• Ensure your Kronos has sufficient available RAM sample allocation in Global Mode before loading the sample banks.
• Set your user sample banks to preload correctly if you want the sounds ready immediately upon powering up.

Almost all installation issues occur when skipping the video instructions. If you still encounter an error after watching the guide, contact umut@uesound.com with a photo of the Kronos screen.

Yes. You need available slots in your Kronos Program, Combination, and Setlist banks, or you need to move existing patches around to make space. Managing memory and bank capacity on your keyboard is the user’s responsibility and is not a valid reason for a refund.

Here are your options depending on your bank setup:

• Load whole banks to alternative locations: In the official installation video, I explain how to load individual banks into different bank slots/letters on your Kronos if the default target bank is already occupied.
• Load programs individually into scattered slots: If your banks are crowded with scattered free slots here and there, you can load programs individually into any free spots. Open the UE Rock Pack Manual PDF; it includes detailed tables showing every single Combi and its complete contents (which Program is used in which Timbre). Use these tables to easily reassign the programs to their new slot locations within the Combinations.
• Use PCG Tools (PC app): You can also organize, reorder, and back up your PCG files on a computer using a community utility like PCG Tools (a third-party Windows app for managing Kronos PCG files). Please search online for its latest community version and setup guides.
