UESound was created by Umut Erhan—a composer, multidisciplinary artist, and indie developer originally from Turkey and now based in France.

With an academic background in architecture, Umut brings a structural, constructive approach to music, technology, and design. He spent years serving as Musical Director and keyboardist for some of Turkey’s most prominent artists, performing thousands of live concerts.

His innovative live programming and performance tutorials have earned international recognition, including features in Keyboard Magazine and praise from industry veterans such as Steve Porcaro (TOTO), Michael Bearden (Michael Jackson), and David Rosenthal (Billy Joel).

Today, through UESound, he channels this accumulated stage and studio expertise into developing live performance software like Modulix and nanoBridge, as well as custom MIDI hardware tools.
